Unfortunately, I am unaware of any fix on our end. There's also a lot of freezing right before or after watching ads. If I welcome the character right after starting the game it's usually fine, but if I've done other stuff, like collect magic or send people on tasks for a bit and then click the check mark, the game freezes like 80% of the time. It can happen at any time, but especially problematic is when I click the check mark to welcome a recently leveled character.
As for crashing, that's frequent as well. The loading issue happens to me frequently on the tablet, only once in a rare while on the computer (actually, I don't think I had experienced it on the PC at all prior to the last update).
